The Paletot is a great all-around
coat. It provides both formality and functionality. Gaining popularity in the
1840's, the style was seen until the end of the 19th century. Our coats are cut
common to those worn just before and during the 1860’s. Both our double and single breasted versions are fully lined with a padded chest. Please indicate how many pockets you would like and their placement on the coat in the "notes" section on the order form. Please also indicate if you would like them with a flap, open, or slashed and bound.
Here are descriptions of
the options that allow you to give your coat a personal touch. If you have any
