In 1862, North Carolina abandoned production of its sack coat in favor of the shell jacket. The jacket itself is longer than a Richmond Depot, and is only a four piece body with a two piece sleeve. The exterior is made of your choice of in-stock fabrics while the body lining of the coat is made of osnaburg and features two interior pockets. It comes with NC "Sunburst" buttons.
